Now ladies ...we have to admit the slow to speak part can be very difficult. However, I've found this to be a good practice for every day living. Whether it be with your spouse, children, friends, boss, or co-workers. Your response to things are usually different when you stop to hear the other person and then actually take a moment to think before you speak. It can be hard but it can be done. Can you do this??
James 1:19-20 (New Living Translation)
19 Understand this, my dear brothers and sisters: You must all be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to get angry. 20 Human anger does not produce the righteousness God desires.
